A large ground floor double bedroom is available from 1st January in our 4 bedroom home, just 10 minutes’ walk from Wood Green tube station. Kings Cross is 20 minutes away on the Piccadilly line and 24-hour buses run to Finsbury Park and Central.

The house is on two floors and is very well maintained, with a large kitchen (including your own fridge) and shared living room and garden. There is a bathroom on each floor, which you would share with 1 other person. It has a side access which is ideal for bike storage. It's fully furnished but there is plenty of room to make the place your own. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine and there is a tumble dryer in the ground floor bathroom.

Energy/water/council tax/wifi bills add up to around 120 (in summer) and 160 (in winter) per person a month.

We are 3 professionals working in London and we are looking for a someone person who wants to make this place their home. We're a sociable house, like to barbecue, play pool or watch films together.
