Lovely house in Wood Green!

Hey girls 👋🏼 Happy New Year 💫

I am sadly moving out of our lovely house in Wood Green and am looking for someone to replace my room. The move in date will ne 10th February. The house is super girly and cosy with 3 bedrooms spread across two floors, with an amazing garden which gets a lot of sun ☀️

The room 🛏️

The room is a big double on the first floor. It comes furnished, with a double bed, mattress, curtains and blinds, chest of drawers, shelving unit and wardrobe (as seen near the door in the photos). Please note all other furniture seen in the photos do not come with the room.

Rent for the room is £800 pcm, and bills are normally between £100-£150 a month.

Transport & local area 🚇🌳

The house is located in a super quiet residential area on a lovely road and is a 10 minute walk to Wood Green tube station (Piccadilly line). It is a very well connected area, 30 mins max direct into Central London, 15 mins to King’s Cross and lots of buses which go to Green Lanes, Stoke Newington and Dalston. We are also very close to Finsbury Park, Ally Pally and Muswell Hill/Crouch End. The surrounding area is also great as we are right by Wood Green high street which has a huge shopping centre, 3 gyms and lots of lovely cafes/restaurants!

Contract 📝

The new housemate will be taking over from myself for the remaining months on the contract until 10th October 2025. So, this is a longer term let and therefore no short term lets will be considered.

Housemates 👯‍♀️

You will be living with wonderful Lucy, 26 and Emily, 30. Lucy is a makeup artist for Charlotte Tilbury and Emily is a videographer for Mind. It is a sociable house and everyone does their own thing most of the time, but we really enjoy spending time together both inside and outside of the house and would love this same dynamic with our future housemate. We like to spend time in the living room and kitchen cooking or baking together and watching a good film, series or trash tv in the evening. This isn’t a party house however we have been known to throw a garden party (we have excellent space for it!) here and there and enjoy going out for drinks in the local area and exploring all the fab pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes north London has to offer.

We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful of other people’s space, chilled and also wants to make this house their home. Ideally someone around the same age so 25-30, students or professionals!

No couples or pets though please!
