Cosy premium single room on ground floor

I am moving out and need someone to move into my room by the 20th May. The accommodation has 24hour security and staff to help with any issues. Big communal kitchen and shared bathrooms. I am looking for anyone who can take over my contract until at least September. Other residents are very friendly and welcoming. Students preferred, but anyone is welcome. All bills are included and no council tax is required.
