Spare room in Wood Green in a friendly household

Hi! We're a group of friends living in Wood Green. One of our housemates is moving out, so we're looking for someone to take her room for the last 4 months of our tenancy, from 5 May to 4 September (though we can be a little flexible with the start date). Rent is £685/month with bills coming to £100-£150/month.

The house has two bathrooms, a huge garden and a shared kitchen/dining room, though no living room unfortunately. You'd be taking the biggest room in the house, which is massive (could fit at least five double beds).

You'll be living with me and my 3 friends (1F, 3M). We're all great friends, very chill and queer friendly. Two of us work in government, one in humanitarian development and one in education. We often hang out and cook together, but also respect each other's privacy and space.
