Double room in Wood Green houseshare 850pcm

Hey! We are looking for a new flatmate to move into our house in Wood Green.

Headlines:
- Furnished double room (double bed, two wardrobes, desk, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet)
- £850/month, not including bills (approx. £140/month)
- We have a shared kitchen/living room and 1 shared bathroom
- 2-minute walk from Wood Green station (Piccadilly line, 15 mins to King’s Cross)
- 30-second walk from High Road (Morrisons, Lidl, gyms, buses, everything you need)
- 15-minute walk from Alexandra Park / Alexandra Palace station

Current flatmates:
- Rosa: 26F, British, primary school teacher
- Leo: 25M, Italian, medical laboratory assistant

We are looking for:
- 23-30 years old
- Full-time employed strongly preferred
- Non-cig-smoker strongly preferred
- LGBT-friendly is non-negotiable; everyone in the house is queer
- Good hygiene/cleanliness is non-negotiable to us (please be someone who cleans up after themselves). We take turns cleaning the house each week; please be willing to contribute to that.
- We hang out/socialise quite a lot in the kitchen, so hoping for someone who can contribute to good vibes :)

Current flatmate is moving out on 5th June due to career change with 13 months left on the lease. We have a strong relationship with the landlord and the lease will most likely be renewed for another 2 years.
