The room: Double room, with bed/mattress (and duvet/pillows if you want them), chest of drawers. Plenty of floor space/plenty of room to add a desk with chair. You will have half of a (small) walk in wardrobe.

The flat: split level, bedrooms upstairs. Shared bathroom: bath and shower.
Shared kitchen: big fridge/freezer, fully equipped kitchen. You are welcome to use all utensils/pots/pans/cutlery/plates etc. etc if you don’t want to bring your own.
Shared Living/dining room: dining table, TV, sofa, electric piano.

5 minute walk to Wood Green station. 15 minute walk to Alexandra Palace station.

If you move in, you would be added to the tenancy, which may require references.

Current flatmates: I live on my own but my boyfriend will be moving here in July.
We are an easy going couple, we’re very tidy/clean and work full time.
I work 2-4 days a week from home (so uses the dining room on these days), and my boyfriend works onsite 5 days a week.
We’re a chilled couple, we don’t really drink or party and tend to prioritise sleep and going to the gym - so looking for someone with a similar vibe, who is clean, respectful and calm.
Very happy to socialise together but equally we both like our own space.
