We’re Bea, Natalia, Paula and Valeria — four Spanish girls in the prime of our lives, looking for one new housemate to join our little family (this part is super important to us!) ✨

We’re a nurse, a group coordinator, and two teachers, working from 8am to 7pm on weekdays. Sometimes we do night shifts or work weekends too. 😴

We have one double room for single use (sorry, no couples) and we’re looking for one woman aged 28–38. Ideally, you’re not working fully remotely (hybrid is okay), a non-smoker, open-minded, respectful and clean, and you're looking for a home, not just a place to sleep. We love watching movies and series together, having dinner, doing sports, chatting, playing board games… This is a home, and we take care of it as such. 🏡

No pets allowed, but we do get occasional garden visitors — foxes, cats, squirrels… 🐿️

We live in a detached house in Wood Green, 8 minutes from the underground station and 1 minute from a bus stop (W3, 243, 144). The house has:

We follow a weekly cleaning rota to keep things tidy 🧹

Rent is £855/month, all bills included (electricity, gas, council tax, etc.) The water bill comes every 6 months.
Deposit: £735 (paid directly to the landlady).
