Double in lovely house share

I'm sadly moving out of my lovely room so looking for someone to replace me.

The room is spacious, gets lot of natural light and feels cosy.

It's furnished so includes the wardrobe, the white ladder shelves and chest of drawers. The bed is mine but the landlord can replace it if you don't have your own.

Big shared living room with a big garden perfect for those summer drinks or BBQs. And we sometimes get some cute cat visitors

It's available from October.

The flatmates:
You've got Lucy and Issy, who work at Charlotte Tilbury and HelloFresh. They're both lovely and very sociable and keep things clean and tidy. We often hang out in the evenings watching some sort of trash TV or film. Always up for the pub!

The area:
- 10 min walk to the tube (Piccadilly line, just 15 mins to King's Cross)
- Great bus links to East & Central London
- Close to shops (Lidl, Morrisons, Primark, Tesco etc round the corner)

Bills:
- Bills around £100-£150 depending on the season

We're a sociable but respectful household - we enjoy hanging out but also value each other's space and like to keep things clean and tidy but relaxed.
