Hi, my name is Mariya, I’m the current flatmate/leading tenant in this big 2 bed terraced house.
I’m looking for a new flatmate.
I’m an easy going, respectful and sociable person that respects other’s people spaces and peace.

Every now and then I like having a chat with my flatmate or organizing a night out/a dinner together when life and schedule allows us. I also like to recognize and respect others people spaces.
(Since I work a lot with people throughout the day, I fully understand the need to come back home and shut the world out).

Info about the house 🏡👇🏻

- Location: Wood Green
- Price: 950£ x months + bills
- Tenancy: the landlord releases a yearly contract(12 months) with a possible break at 6 months
- Additional costs: Bills ( including: TV license, internet, gas, electricity, water, council tax)
- Home supplies: each month we leave 10£ each and I buy the following for the house:
Kitchen towel
Toilet paper
Hands soap
House cleaning products (soap for dishes, spray for surfaces, dish washer tablets, WC products and cleaning detergents for the toilet, floor cleaning product)
- Surroundings:
Bus stop towards Waterloo, Brampton Park, Edmonton Green 1 minutes away.
Bus stop towards Finsbury Park, Muswell Hill & Wood green Station 3 minutes away.
Wood green station: 7-10 minutes by walk from the house (depending on your walk pace) or 5 minutes by bus (W3, 144, 243).
Off licenses 2 minutes away on main road (Lordship Lane).
Supermarkets: Tesco Express (4 Minutes by walk), big Morrisons & Sainsbury (7-10 minutes away/in front of Tube Station), Lidl (13 minutes by walk/8 by bus), Iceland (12 minutes by walk)
Cinemas, restaurants, cafes and Wood Green Mall, hair dressers & beauty salons within walking distance & well served/easy reach by bus (approximately 10 minutes by walk/bus)

-Extra costs: once a year we pay the carpet cleaning of the house which is around 150/170£

-Extras if needed: there is the chance of parking in front of the property if you have a car (you’ll need to arrange the parking permit with Haringey council)

‼IMPORTANT‼
The landlord requires a full background check of the following documents in order to release a rent contract and allow the move in of the tenant:

-Passport
-Last 3 payslips
-Work contract
-Bank statement of the last 3 months
-Sharecode / right to rent
-Previous landlord/agency reference
-If paying bills (hence, not bills included in the house contract) the last 3 months bills with your name on it

The room is rented as partially furnished with double bed/mattress and the chance (if needed) to add a rail wardrobe and/or a bedside table.
