8 rooms in total, but very quiet and friendly flatmates — everyone respects each other’s privacy.
Kitchen is never crowded, well-equipped, and always kept clean. Weekly cleaner for the communal area.
All bills included: gas, electricity, water, council tax, and WiFi.
Responsible and reliable landlord — I’ve already got his approval for subletting. He will just need to see your passport and meet you briefly before confirming the tenancy.
