Big Double Room available in Wood Green.

Hi! We're a flat of three friendly young professionals and one student in Wood Green. Our flatmate is leaving in December and we are looking for a respectful and responsible new tenant to take over his room. It's a lovely, big, bright double bedroom, fully furnished, with loads of in-built storage space and exclusive access to a roof terrace, at a really amazing price of £700 per month plus bills (gas, electric, water, WiFi, council tax). We're a really relaxed flat, we're all very friendly and respectful but keep ourselves to ourselves as well. It's a quiet and clean house on a residential road, so a very calm atmosphere. We have a big kitchen, living room, spare room, two bathroom/shower rooms and a garden, and we have access to the full house so we're spread over two floors - it's very spacious.

We are located just a ten minute walk north of Wood Green station in North London - really well connected with two Piccadilly Line stations (Wood Green and Bounds Green) and Bowes Park train station all within walking distance. Several bus routes can also take you from the high street a one minute walk down the road all the way to the centre of town, including the 141 to London Bridge and the N29 night bus to and from Trafalgar Square. If you're a cyclist, you can also get to Harringay Green Lanes station in just 15 minutes and put your bike on the overground (plenty of room in the garden for storing your bike!)

Lots of amenities nearby - a Tesco Express a two minute walk from the house and just past Wood Green station a big Sainsbury's, Lidl, and Morrisons. Lots of smaller shops and cafes on the high street just next to the house as well, including lots of Greek bakeries and fresh grocers.

The contract runs till October of 2026 with option to extend and a tenant swap clause in place. We are in COUNCIL TAX BAND E for Haringey council.
