Short Sublet for December

Double room with bay windows available until December 25th or a little longer if negotiated.

I'm subletting while I'm up north. House is warm. The Landlord doesn't like sublets and she comes over during the day sometimes so will require someone who works during the day or can be discreet. The price is low to reflect this. Should be the cheapest place you can find for december.

Happy with 2 weeks. Couples need to pay a little more to make the housemates happy and keep things fair. 630 for couples for the month.

Nice backyard and large living area space. But the room is big enough if you want to keep to yourself.
