Spacious and bright double room✨

Hello! We have a double room available in our lovely house.

Location: Wood Green

Move in date: 17th Dec

Rent: 520(super low and convenient for the current market, the landlord didn’t increase the price since years!)

Bills: Around 120-150 during winter and then around 100 during spring/summer

The room: The room is very spacious, comes furnished with bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The fire place is so cute and I will personally miss it very much. Mirrors, rug, clothing rack and a few other stuff are mine but potentially I could live something behind.

The house 🏠 : 5 bed house on a quiet residential street. It’s 2 floors, the room will be on the top floor and you will share one toilet and one bathroom with other 2 girls who are very clean. We have a garden as well , the kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and a shared living room space.

The flatmates 👯‍♀️: Charis, Arielle, Omolola and Marie. It’s a creative household, we are all into fashion and music. Charis is DJ and also works for a fashion brand. Omolola and Marie are both models and Arielle works in a jewellery shop! They all love a good chat and going to events together when possible, but also enjoy some downtime when needed.

The transport links 🚆: The house is only an 8min walk from Wood Green station, Piccadilly line, you will be in King’s Cross in 15/18 min and in central London in 25. Alexandra palace train station is also a 10-15 min walk away and we also have plenty of bus stops that go to east London.
