We’re looking for a housemate who is tidy, respectful, and values a calm and clean home environment.
This is not a party house, although we do enjoy having a friendly chat or a drink together in the kitchen sometimes 😊

working full-time professional
Clean, considerate, and respectful of others
Looking for a long-term home
About the House:
1 bathroom with toilet + 1 separate toilet with hand basin
Large kitchen and access to a garden
6-minute walk to Wood Green Station (Piccadilly Line)
10-minute walk to Wood Green Shopping Mall and Morrisons
Quiet street (for Wood Green!) with an off-licence just a few doors away
Currently, the house is shared with:
2 Hungarian women (aged 30 and 60)
2 Bulgarian men (aged 29–35)
Everyone is friendly, tidy, and easy-going.
The room will be available from the 16th, and we’re looking for someone long-term.
