Household of two queers who are looking for a third housemate to share our new space with!

Room:
Available from now, in our three bedroom ground floor flat.

Rent is £733.33 p/m. Currently, on a 6 month contract that is easily extendable with a private landlord we have direct contact with.

If moving in before the 2nd of February we just ask if you would be able to pay for the remaining Jan rent.

Furnished with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, and fitted cupboard/wardrobe. Lots of natural light too!

Accessibility:
The flat is on the ground floor and has a ramp to get to the front door, located at the back of the block. Little step for front door entrance (images are attached below). No phone entry system or visual & hearing impairment adaptations.

About us:
Zel (He/They) is a transmasc freelance graphic designer and bartender. Zaqueu (He/Him) is a gay man who is a secondary school teacher. The two of us bonded over our love of video games and stupid sense of humour. We are both clean and respectful people, and value respecting each others’ space and belongings. We also really want to be able to decorate together and make the place feel like it belongs to everyone.

The flat:

10 min walk to Wood Green Station (Piccadilly Line), access to 144, 243, and W3 buses close by. Very easy to get into Central and East! Multiple grocery stores nearby (Tesco Express, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons), around a 15 min walk away. Close to High Road where there are plenty of nice cafes, pubs, and shops. Short walk to White Hart Lane Recreation Ground.

Bills:
Additional to rent and will come to around 100 pcm - including council tax (band C), wifi, gas and electric, and water. No agency fees.

Deposit is £846.15 (a third of 5 weeks rent). Housing benefit is accepted and proof of income is required.

You!!:
Ideally, looking for a queer professional in their twenties to early thirties. Would love someone that would be down to help potentially pay for communal furniture, although we will be trying to find items for a low cost/free on FB marketplace etc. Please don’t hesitate to DM me to ask questions and tell us a bit about yourself! Property is a maximum of 3 tenants, so no couples (and preferably no pets, sorry).
