Bills come to approx. £100 each/month👍 Students welcome but only if you're willing to contribute to council tax🙏 Looking for someone to move in for at least 6 months, from Feb 1st! Landlord is pretty relaxed and we don't see them often but they're very responsive if we need anything!
We have a bathroom upstairs, a toilet under the stairs (Harry Potter style haha), a shared living room and garden that we all socialise in (bar the loo lol.) House is in a great location, short 10 min walk from Wood Green station on the Piccadilly line (25 mins to central). There are also trains from Ally Pally about a 20 min walk away and lots of buses! Small Tesco, corner shops, kebabs, breakfast etc. 5 mins walk away plus Wood Green high street 10-15min walk away!🛍️ Two big cinemas, Morrisons, B&M, TKMaxx and Lidl within walking distance🛒 Lots of lovely parks around as well and nice walks🌳
