Medium Double Room Wood Green

I’m moving out of my current room in a cosy flat 4 minutes from Wood Green station.

Room comes furnished with bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. I will also be selling some extra furniture if interested including a desk, dressing table and second set of larger drawers.

Flat includes kitchen, bathroom, second smaller toilet, small living room, and the 3 bedrooms.

Bills are excluded but consist of council tax, water, gas, electric, and wifi.

Flatmates are two working professional males in their mid-to-late 20s who I’ve gotten along with well the last year and a half. Work schedules vary so it’s not the most social household for hanging out together if that’s what you’re looking for, but for respectful mutual living everyone keeps to themselves with occasional friendly conversation and check-ins and the guys are very laidback.
