We are two long-term friends who have lived together for over 10 years and have created a relaxed, friendly home that we genuinely enjoy living in. We recently welcomed a third memeber to the house in March so don't worry about it being cliquey.

We love a good balance of our own space and shared time, and we are now looking for someone fun, kind and easy-going to join our household on a short-term basis.

This would be ideal for someone on a work placement, studying in London, between homes, relocating, or simply looking for a comfortable temporary base.

The Space
• One private furnished bedroom, ideal for a student, professional or short-term arrangement
• Furnished with a bed, wardrobe and bedside table
• Shared living room and kitchen, both fully furnished
• Comfortable, lived-in home rather than a temporary or impersonal rental

The Location
• Around 10 to 15 minutes from Wood Green station
• Quiet and safe residential area
• Easy access to shops, transport and local amenities

The Household
• Two friends who have lived together for 10 years and are very seasoned housemates.
• One newer member to house but is also lovely and fits in perfectly.
• Relaxed, fun, collaborative and friendly atmosphere
• We are not overly strict, but we do have a cleaning rota and allocated washing days to keep everything running smoothly
• LGBTQ-friendly household
• Also home to Nera, our very sweet little cat, who may look angry but is actually very friendly
