We are two long term friends who have lived together for over 10 years and have created a relaxed, friendly home that we genuinely enjoy living in. We love a good balance of our own space and shared time, and now we are looking for someone fun, kind and easy going to join our household.

The available rooms were previously set up as a bedroom plus a separate study/walk in wardrobe or get ready space, giving you loads of flexibility to make it your own.

The Space

• Two private rooms ideal for working from home, hobbies or extra storage
• Previously used as a bedroom and study or dressing room
• Bedroom is unfurnished so you can style it your way
• Shared living areas including the living room and kitchen are furnished

The Location

• Around 10 to 15 minutes from Wood Green station
• Quiet and safe residential area
• Easy access to shops, transport and local amenities

The Household

• Two friends who have lived together for 10 years and are seasoned housemates
• Chill, fun, collaborative and friendly living vibe
• Not overly strict but we do have a cleaning rota and allocated wash days as this keeps things running smoothly
• LGBTQ friendly household
• Home to Nera, our very sweet little cat (looks angry but is friendly)

The Practical Bits

• Rent is £750 per month
