!!! Room to Rent North Ldn - £480+ bills/month

Hi girls, I am moving out of London and leaving my room in a 5 bedroom house in Zone 3. The house is 7min walk from Wood Green station (Piccadilly line) and we are looking for someone who can move in from February 1st.

It’s an all girls house, the 4 other girls all work in the creative industry (one make up artist, two models and one dj/fabric developer) all are between 25 and 28years of age.

We are looking for someone clean and tidy and who is fun to be around, preferably from the creative industry as well. A few details on the house:

-£480 + more or less £120 of bills

-Small double room with storage

-You will share the upstairs bathroom with 2 other girls (see video)

-Clean and tidy people only

-No sublets pls
