The house is very well located, just 5 minutes from Wood Green station and 2 minutes from the high street, where you’ll find all kinds of supermarkets and shops (Lidl, Primark, Morrisons, Argos).
The property has 2 bathrooms, a garden, and a double bedroom available.
We are twoSpanish professionals renting the whole house together under our names. The tenancy is managed through a letting agency and there is a minimum stay of 1 year.
For the first month, you’ll need to pay £716 rent + deposit.
The agency requires the following documents:
Employment references (current and previous)
Previous landlord reference (current and previous)
Proof of address
Copy of passport
Verified copy of passport or driving licence
6 months’ bank statements
If self-employed: 3 years of self-assessment (please note a guarantor may be required)
Full Experian credit report
Right to Rent
