Bright Double Bedroom in Pretty House with Cat

Hi everyone! We recently moved into a pretty Victorian terrace house share in Wood Green and are looking for a third person to join our friendly house share (room already available).

The house is a spacious end of terrace on a quiet tree lined street. We share tons of living space with a garden + decking, a separate living and Kitchen dinner spaces (plus two toilets and one bathroom). We’re less than a 10 minute walk to Wood Green tube station and 5 mins to the high street.

The room is a large double and comes mostly furnished (bed, chest of draws, bedside table, clothing rail) but bits can go in the shared shed if you want to bring your own. You are at the end of the top floor with views over the garden (really peaceful and bright!).

Rent: £900 per month, all bills split equally at just under £200 each.

You’ll be sharing the house with two friends (a girl and a gay). We’re both in our 20s and working professionals. We enjoy a friendly and relaxed home environment — sometimes spending time together or inviting friends over, but most of the time the house is calm and we respect each other’s space.

I have the cutest little cat called Betty who shares/rules the house with us. She is very playful once you know her but can be shy or friendly depending on the day/hour.

We’d love to find someone friendly, considerate and tidy, who enjoys being part of a relaxed household.
