Halls Contract Takeover

Looking for somebody to take over my rental contract in Wood Green Hall.

Contract ends on September 5th, so ideal for anyone on a shorter contract who wants to stay in London over the summer. You can move in whenever i'm already out of there.

Rent is £180 per week. The deposit is also a week's worth of rent so you don't get it back. Payments would be done via the halls provider and would ideally need somebody that can pay the full amount from move in date from start to contract end. One scenario that would be acceptable is to move in at the end of your current contract and just pay what remains from that onwards (so for example July 4th move in, £1800 direct to halls provider).

Single room including desk, chair, mattress, bedside table and wardrobe. Shared kitchen, 3 toilet cubicles, 3 shower cubicles and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Floormates are decent people.
