I will be soon leaving my home to move abroad and am looking for a new flatmate to replace me - We are an easygoing group of young professionals looking for someone with a similar vibe

The room itself is a large double room with 2 integrated wardrobe spaces along with furniture (table/desk, large drawers, bed with mattress)

Located less than a 10 minute walk from both Wood Green Underground and Alexandra Palace station with plenty of supermarkets, convenience stores and green spaces nearby

The house has a fully kitted kitchen with a dishwasher and a new washing machine, cosy living room, 2 bathrooms and a lovely garden!
