In the house, we have a lovely garden with a table and chairs for your morning coffee, and a shared kitchen, living room and hallway. There are also two bathrooms. You won't be short of space!!!

The bedroom is huge and has lots of storage space. It is furnished although the keyboard, bedside table and curtains visible in the pictures belong to the current tenant are not included.

Rent - £880/month, bills come to £151.75 a month and are fixed, so you can use as much electricity/gas etc. as you want during winter without worrying about the price increasing.

Deposit: £760, full referencing required including proof of income, previous references and/or guarantor details.

The house is located a 10 minute walk from Wood Green station, located on the Piccadilly line, and is also well connected by bus to Finsbury Park, where you can get the Victoria Line. Ally Pally is a short walk away, there is a Tesco, Morrisons, Lidl and Sainsbury's closeby, and the closest park is 10 minutes away.
