Large double room for single occupancy. It is a quiet household shared with working adults aged 25–50. We are looking for a non-smoker in full-time employment who values ​​a quiet living environment.

The rent includes council tax (band E), internet, water, and a cleaner for the communal areas once a week. Electricity and gas bills are not included and are split equally among all housemates; costs range(per person) from £20–30 in summer, £50–60 in autumn and spring, and £80–100 in winter, depending on the weather condition.
The room is located on the third floor house with no lift.
No pets allowed.
Street parking available, payable from 11am till 1pm.
One month deposit required.
Shared kitchen and bathroom. No separate WC.
