I have one bedroom available in a loft that has been converted into a self-contained two-bedroom flat. The space includes a modern kitchen, bathroom (shower only), and a shared living room. These facilities are exclusively for the use of the two loft occupants.

The available room is a small double bedroom and has a sloped roof with minimal storage space within the room. There is a wardrobe, chest of draw, bedside table and 2 draws in the base of the bed, although some additional storage is available in the roof eaves.

THIS ROOM IS AVAILABLE TO FEMALES, PREFERABLY AGED 35 AND OVER, AS CURRENT OCCUPANTS ARE ALSO FEMALE.

The flat is located within a six-bedroom house (4 rooms in the main house, 2 in the loft). Entry to the flat is via the main front door of the house. The property is approximately a 10-minute walk from Wood Green Tube Station, with multiple bus routes nearby.
