Double room in a new flat with live out landlord

I have a lovely double room available for short- or long-term occupation in a newly refurbished, bright and comfortable flat.

I am not based at the property full-time, so most of the time you will have plenty of privacy and space. I travel to London for work approximately every three months and may stay at the flat for a few days. I also usually spend around three weeks there in December and August. This is reflected in the price, which is higher than a room in a flat share, but much lower than a self-contained flat.

The flat has been newly refurbished and furnished, and it is very warm and energy efficient, so gas and electricity costs are generally quite low. For the time I spend in the property, I will split the bills with the occupant (as per the smart meter).

The building is secure with an intercom entry system and the flat has excellent transport connections, with the Piccadilly line and several bus routes nearby.

The rent is £1,200 per month, including water and internet. Gas and electricity are paid separately.

Cats are welcome.
Dogs may be considered depending on their size and breed.

I’m looking for someone respectful, tidy and considerate who would like to make the flat their home. Both short- and long-term stays can be considered.
