Large Bright Victorian style furnished on a quiet leafy avenue with a private garden, double room, with a double bed with french doors that open into the garden. A Great homely house for Friendly, busy, Mature Professionals. Hard week in the City? Come to relax away in a peaceful home with a wine or a movie night with us if you feel like it. Shared lounge, very large kitchen/diner, shower & bathroom. All appliances (Washing machine/ tumble dryer, microwave, Oven, digital TV SKY T. V & BT Optic Fibre Broadband) Netflix. Own t. v in the room if you wish. Also shared Lounge with Sofa. It is a house share with a polite female German professional working at Japan House and me, but I usually pop over to my parents, so really present on a part-time basis, and I don't use the kitchen much. We are busy, but always time for a Netflix binge, on the Projector & Popcorn, or a low key meal or drink. We have a weekly Cleaner.
Five mins walk to Wood Green/Bounds Green Piccadilly tube station or 4mins from Alexander Palace Train station.
On the corner of the bus stops, a Local Park and Central Post Office. for collecting your missed parcels. Excellent transport links day & night to Central London.& 7mins from Wood Green Shopping centre and markets. All bills & Council Tax included!
