Woodgreen, fabulous flat, fab sunny double room

This is truly a fatastic flat. It feels more like a house than a flat. It is large and light, extremely warm and has great communal areas. When you walk in it feels like a home. And the rent includes all bills, wifi and a fortnightly cleaner.

There are four bedrooms in total in the flat. The room becoming available on the 1st of Feb is a small double room. Six months ago the room was repainted, re-carpeted and refurnished. The room is quiet, south facing, fresh and light. It comes with a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, a new High Definition TV/DVD and a very comfortable double bed. The only downside is that it's quite a small double room which is why it's so reasonably priced at £550pcm. You can still fit in a desk and chair if you would like to (the current flatmate in that room has brought in his own desk, chair and small bookshelf) but that does tend to fill up the room. There is a huge amount of extra storage space in the attic for your suitcases/boxes/excess stuff.

Rob, the flatmate moving out, has kept the room in excellent condition and is only moving out due to employment reasons. He said he's loved the flat and is very sad to be leaving.

The whole flat was re-carpeted and painted 6 months ago so it is in great condition with cool prints on the walls, a large flat screen tv in the open plan living room and a split level kitchen/diner.

Currently in the flat are two English guys and one Hungarian girl. All tenants are young working professionals aged between 24 and 34. They're all really friendly, chilled out and loving London. It's a fairly quiet flat - not a party house.

The flat is on the first floor of this very large duplex. Downstairs there's a great sunny private garden just for the flat. The street is a very wide, leafy, quiet residential street.

The rent includes all bills, tv licence, council tax, wifi, and a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas.

The flat is located about a 12-15 minute walk from Woodgreen tube or you can catch any number of buses to the tube from the bottom of the street. There is a big park just 3-4 minutes stroll from the house. Wood green itself has a couple of gyms, two cinemas, banks, all the high street shops and supermarkets.

I know that this room will get taken quickly. In the past any room that I have advertised in the flat has got taken within a couple of days. It really is a great flat share. I will be doing viewings after work during the week. Text or message me to arrange a viewing.
