Short term room available in lovely garden flat!

Double room available in lovely bright garden flat for 2+ weeks from 6th June up to 23rd June possibly with a few days extra (£115 per week then pro-rata days at £16.38per day).

You'd be sharing the flat with myself, my lodger and very adorable cat.

We are looking for a super responsible, respectful person and someone who is exceptionally clean and tidy. The room does have some of my stuff in it, but there is ample space in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

This would suit an intern or someone wanting to get to know London. The room is not suitable for smokers or couples, party animals, drugs/drinkers - we have a peaceful and respectful home environment.

All bills included except landline phone, but best if you use your own mobile. Deposit of £115 of 1 week's rent plus £40 cleaning deposit which you will get back providing the room is left clean and tidy.
