Beautiful garden flatshare. Wood Green

We are a 53 and 32 year old male couple looking for a male to share our two bedroom ground floor flat between Wood Green and Palmers Green. We work irregular hours and weekends. This includes night shift so are often up late at night. We enjoy clubbing, partying and entertaining.

We work four nights and then have four nights off so the whole flat is yours for four days whilst we are working.

The room we have to offer is a small fully furnished double. Wardrobe and drawers. Freshly painted with a new bed and mattress and TV connected to all streaming channels.

The living area is located at the rear of the flat and opens out to the garden area which has a large decked terrace ideal for BBQ and eating outdoors.

Transport links: Wood Green tube station (Picadilly line) is 12 minutes walk or 4 bus stops from the end of the road. N29 bus also stops at the end of the road which is then a five minute walk to the flat.

Bowes Park overland station is a 10 minute walk allowing access to the city (Moorgate and Old Street).

We have two cats just in case anyone has allergies.

We are smokers but smoke outside at all times. Other smokers welcome. We don't smoke in the flat.
