The room is the third largest of the four bedrooms. It will come with a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe, a bedside table and chest of drawers. It also contains the boiler cupboard, which can double as a storage space.

The house has a shared kitchen, living room and one shared bathroom.

We are group of young guys working in media. We have lived in the property for several years and have a good relationship with the landlord. We are interested in Film, Television, Literature and Gaming. We're friendly, easy going and have a good sense of humour.

Bills are not included. Depending on the time of year, and whether we recieve a quarterly water bills, bills can range from £90-£160 per month.
