Large double room to rent in ground floor garden flat for single occupancy.

The flat will be shared just with myself, and I am preferably looking for a female 30-50 years old.

I am looking for an easy going person, with respect for the others around them, and that wants to live in a home and not just a house. A certain level of tidiness and cleanliness around the communal areas is expected (above all in the kitchen and bathroom), but other than that I am quite a chilled person who likes movies, music, cooking and a glass of wine and nice chat every now and then.

Applicants should have a regular, preferably full time job. Only cats are welcomed, preferably outdoor cats.

The room would be available from 19th June.
