Double room available in a lovely house

Hey,

We have one double bedroom available to rent in a four-bedroom Victorian semi-detached house, on a quiet, residential street in Wood Green. The house is very spacious, so it will never feel overcrowded.

The room available comes completely furnished: with a bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Whilst everyone has their own busy schedules when people are in, we do like to have a chat while cooking, having lunch/dinner, chilling in the living room.. but always respecting each others space. 
You’ll be sharing with a software developer and a consultant were looking for people who want a home rather than just a room, who is clean, tidy and open-minded. Females preferred to balance out the house

Other features of the house include:
* A large kitchen, with all mod con, a four-person table and chairs
* A large garden, which is great for summer
* Living room with three sofas and a table
* One bathroom and a separated toilet upstairs
* Small utility room to dry our clothes, storage, etc.

The rent excludes bills, which is around £100 monthly (water, gas and electricity, council tax, cleaner and internet)

The landlord is looking for professional people who have a permanent job and they require references (payslips and bank statements). Unfortunately, we can’t take DSS or STUDENTS and COUPLES.
