It's on the second and top floor, has three bedrooms in total, contemporary kitchen diner, bright living area, and large bathroom.
Council tax, service charge, water, tv licence and WiFi are all included in the price. The only bills to pay are gas, electricity about £40 month. We'll make sure there is excellent WiFi.
There is a washing machine and a dryer, as well as all kitchen equipment.
There is plenty greenery around the flat, a park just across the road , leisure centre and Alexandra Park is also nearby.
Area has loads of shops, restaurants, cinema, cafes and excellent transport links with many bus routes day and night and the Piccadilly line 5 minutes walk from the flat.

There are only two ladies in the flat, quiet and tidy, and the new person should be female also, so there will be three in total. Bathroom only shared with one person.
