I have a double room with a large main bathroom with a bath and shower located in the popular Repton Park situated between Woodford and Chigwell. It’s a secure gated development situated on acres of beautiful parkland with CCTV and 24 hour security.

The flat is a Grade 2 listed building and has high ceilings throughout, tons of natural light and the development also has a Virgin Active Spa, Gym and Bistro.

There are lots of local shops, boutiques, cafes and restaurants only a short distance away, ie. celeb hotspot Sheesh is a 5 min drive away and trendy restaurant/bar Merlin is a 15 min walk.

Woodford Tube Station (ZONE 4) is only a 10 minute bus ride (20 mins door to door)/5 minute drive and it takes only 10 minutes to get to Stratford, 20 minutes to get to Liverpool Street and 30 minutes to get into the West End on the Central Line from there. Alternatively, the walk to Chigwell station is 28 mins and you’d be walking past many local mansions so it’s quite pleasant. The A406 and M11 are only 2 minutes drive so the location is great for commuters.

This would be a flat share with just myself. All bills, wifi are included and is available from for £590pcm.

The room is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. No living room.

- I work in professional services in the city however I work from home Mon-Wednesday.
- I’m a quiet and respectful person who places great emphasis on being considerate so cleanliness and tidiness are of importance to me
- I respect privacy and expect the same in return however I’m very friendly and always up for a natter
- I enjoy red wine, reading, astrology, learning French and most of all... Baking :)
- LGBQTI+ friendly 🌈

This room would suit someone:
- who commutes to work for a majority of the week
- that’s not looking for a party house
- who is okay with not having overnight guests
