Fun landlord/tenant looking for a new housemate for a furnished single-room in a modern flat in Woodford. Contains single bed, large wardrobe with plenty of storage and bedside table. The room has a large window so lots of light.

Excellent location, 8 min walk to Woodford London Underground Station (Zone 4, Central Line - 20 mins from Liverpool St) and off-street parking also available. The local area boasts a good selection of local amenities (Sainsbury's, Co-Op, public library, coffee shops, lovely restaurants) Fantastic transport links to London with Epping Forest but a stone’s throw away.

You'd be sharing the property with me, Lois, female, aged 32. I am a professional working as a PA for a marketing network. In the evenings and on weekends, you can find me relaxing in the lounge, watching trashy TV or out with friends. I am friendly, sociable and welcoming and respect others privacy.
