RECENTLY interior designed and refurbished double room with single bed is available from end of February for a professional female or male to rent, preferably long term. Using the highest quality furnishings and fittings, this modern townhouse has it all. Always kept very clean, in immaculate condition, tidy and fresh. The garden areas are bright and well tended, providing a haven to relax. I have one other professional, friendly, female who has been with me for years. The house has all the modern equipment and is 2-3 minutes walk to Woodford station (30 mins to Liverpool Street), and Broadway where there are lots of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. I am a live-in landlady with a small Jack Russell Dog who is very friendly. This three story townhouse is set in a friendly, characterful estate, with many open areas of garden and lawn surrounded by mature trees and pretty borders. As the part of the road this house is lucky enough to be on is a ‘dead end’ so has the added bonus of no through traffic or road noise!
