Double Room With Own Bathroom Female Preferred

Close to a small high street and 15 min walk from Chigwell/Woodford station. The candidate should be someone who is able to look after the property as their own so is considerate, clean and tidy.
This advert is for a female only and sadly it’s a no to nurses/night workers/couples/party people. For the right person I will consider anyone that occasionally works from home.
Preference to anyone that is friendly, polite, bubbly, well mannered and open to helping with occasional puppy walking, feeding etc (french bulldog) and ideally hanging out.
You will have access to the whole house, would suit someone with no/hardly any furniture as I am only looking to fill the spare bedroom. A NO guests rule for at least the first 3 months of moving in and then open to discussion
I’m quite a laid back guy with a quiet kind of lifestyle. I’m a full time finance manager for a law firm in the city, and I work from home quite a bit, I’m also a semi pro football referee so I do have quite an active week. When I can, I do like to chill at home with my pup.
