There are 2 rooms newly decorated and one of the rooms is partially furnished which could be a sitting room or second bedroom (I would furnish) 1 room has an en-suite bathroom and the other a large private bathroom. Brand new kitchen/diner with w/machine. Would prefer 1 person for whole top floor (£1200 rent including bills but would consider 2 separate housemates at £650 pcm including bills.. I live on ground floor. I spend many long weekends with my daughter and love to travel. Woodford Underground 25 min walk or 2 bus stops./ Car parking avail. Very quiet location.
