Single room available in friendly house-share

Hello!
We have a vacancy in our lovely house share which is not far from South Woodford tube station. It’s a single room with wardrobe & bedside cabinet. In the main house there is a shared bathroom (and a ground floor lavatory), good sized kitchen with all your usual appliances, large dining table plus a living room with a comfy corner sofa in this 6 bedroom house. Prospective housemates that bring their own car would be very much preferred :-D

The house sits on a quiet residential street just off a main road that has bus services (123 & 179). The walk from South Woodford takes 15 minutes (if you're speedy like me) or a bit longer at normal pace (or you could just catch the bus to the tube station in 5 minutes). South Woodford is on the Central Line and it takes 30 minutes to travel to Oxford Circus. Alternatively you can catch the 123 bus which would take 15/20 mins to take you to Blackhorse Road on the Victoria Line.

The current house mates are all working different shifts so we do value a bit of peace at home, but we also like to be social too as well as the odd house gathering. We would be looking for someone to treat our place as a home and get to know the other housemates to maintain the friendly feel of this house. Everyone in the house is gay - we don’t care what orientation our new housemate is as long as they’re chill :).
