I am looking for a lodger in my 2 bedroom flat with my current tenant. It’s in a 4 story building, located on the top floor. The communal dining and living room is furnished with a table (can be extended for 8 guests) with a L shaped grey sofa for relaxing on with a TV. There's also a desk and office chair ready to use if you WFH.

There is 1 double room available, which includes all bills, including utility expenses, council tax and super-fast broadband. 

The flat has 1 bathroom, with a bath shower, sink unit and WC.

Your double bedroom (3.5m x 2.69m) will be furnished with a double bed, mattress, x2 wardrobes, bedside table, standing lamp and storage cubes.

LOCATION:

St Luke’s Close is ideal for commuters. Parking is available with no permit required. 

TRANSPORT:

The nearest station is Norwood Junction/Overground Station which has frequent services to London Bridge, London Victoria and Highbury & Islington.

London Bridge is a 15 minute train ride and East Croydon station is 10 minutes on the Tram. There are also good conditions to Victoria and the London Overground ticks most stations in South East London.

Other transport facilities include bus routes and a 10 min walk to the tram stop at Woodside.

SUPERMARKETS & PUBS:

There is an Aldi just by Norwood Junction, Sainsbury’s Local and Tesco Express located on Portland Road. There are a number of pubs and coffee shops on Norwood High Street and Portland Road. The Gold Coast Bar/Restaurant & the Portland Arms Pub are highly recommended.

PARKS & OUTDOORS:

South Norwood Country Park is only a 10 minute walk from the flat (0.5 miles). Leisure facilities can be found at the Country Park and South Norwood Leisure Centre/Swimming Pool which is situated on Portland Road (10 minute walk). South Norwood Lakes is a 30 minute walk from the flat (1.6 miles). Crystal Palace Park is a 60 minute walk (3 miles).
