Lodgers will have full use of all amenities including comfortable lounge, bright and spacious dining room, large rear garden with deck. Probably the main feature of this home is the kitchen. It is large, complete with double 4 burner hob, double oven, double fridge/freezer and a wine fridge. There is ample storage/pantry space and everything you could need in a kitchen. Plenty of worktop space for prepping meals. The garden has two charcoal BBQ's.

10kg washer/dryer downstairs.

*NOTE* There is no television in the home. You are welcome to arrange your own in your bedroom with an appropriate TV license.

A weekly/bi-weekly cleaner can be arranged to deep clean common areas the cost to be split between 3 people.

All bills, including high speed fiber optic WIFI. Based on a fair usage policy.

Excellent transport links. Woodside tram stop is a 4min walk from home which gets you to East Croydon in 10mins. From East Croydon, London Bridge in 15min and is a direct train. Clapham Junction 15min, Victoria 20min. Gatwick is 20min by train.

The home will suit calm, considerate and tidy people. We do like the occasional beer with a good BBQ and some good tunes.
