Double Room In Woodside Park

We have a double room available in our three person flat-share in North Finchley. It's a nice quiet area and the room is light and airy. The flat is currently being re-decorated and laminated throughout which will be completed by the end of August. You would be sharing with myself and Paul, two friends who work in Camden. We're just looking for a friendly, clean person who doesn't make too much noise as the elderly landlord lives in the flat below and there is a minimum noise after 10pm rule. There are lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants down the road but the road is really peaceful, yet easily accessible from central London. The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. The bills usually come to £110 per month.
