Description

This first-floor spacious double room is completely furnished, with two large wardrobes, chest of draws, bedside table, cupboards, brand-new double bed with mattress and desk. It has large windows which let in plenty of light and look out onto the garden with great leafy views all year round.

It has a shared (2 people) bathroom which is exceptionally clean and has a toilet, sink and bath/shower which works exceptionally well. There is also a spare room which can be used for drying clothes or storage. There is also a toilet with sink on the bottom floor and a complete en-suite on the top floor.

There is a large communal living area with kitchen and lounge. The kitchen area has all the necessities, including oven, gas hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and large modern sink complete with filtered water tap. There are also three large fridge-freezers, a washing machine and separate tumble dryer. There is plenty of cupboard space too!

The lounge area has a television with access to channels, films and TV on demand with most sports channels also. There are two sofas and an armchair. There is a large table and plenty of chairs for dining.

The garden is large and spacious, with a bench, picnic bench and two large sheds at the end of the garden for storage perfect for bicycles or anything else. Smoking is allowed in the garden if needed. There is also space for parking on the front-drive.

There are other tenants, one on the bottom floor, one on the top floor and another on the same floor as the available room. All are friendly and helpful, and don't mind interacting or keeping to yourself.

The location is excellent, with the house being on a quiet residential road just off the high road which has multiple shops and amenities within 5 minutes walking from the front door. This includes a large Sainsburys, pubs and coffee shops. Slightly further away but still within walking-distance, there is a Waitrose, M&S food hall, Aldi and Co-op. There is a Pure-Gym nearby and numerous barbershops and restaurants.

The house is a 10 minute walk from Woodside Park Tube Station which sits on the Northern Line, making this the ideal location for travel into the city. There are also a number of open spaces and parks, great for exercise or picnics in the summer.

The landlord is friendly and approachable, with any questions or problems sorted immediately. There is a cleaner who comes twice a month. Bills are not included and are paid by housemates and come to around £100 quarterly (every 3 months). This includes water, electricity and WIFI broadband.
