A lovely single room available in North Finchley

We have a single room available in a lovely flat close to Woodside Park Station and around the corner from North Finchley High Road.

We are a professional couple and currently the main tenants: one working from home in IT, and the other one in the performing arts.

We have a friendly cat named Lila.

It's a very quiet and safe family area with friendly neighbours.

The flat came originally unfurnished. During our stay, we purchased our own furniture for the living room, the kitchen and the single room.

The single room comes with a single bed, chest of drawers, underbed storage, bedside table and a clothing rack.

The kitchen comes fully furnished and equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, Toaster, microwave, plates, pans and cutlery. It also has a dining area where we like to eat together.

There is also a shared living room where you'll find a piano, weights to work out with, a spare mattress for guests to stay, and a television with a dvd player.
We have Netflix, amazon and Disney plus (all included).

There is a loft/attic to store luggages and boxes.

The room would be ideal for a professional who works in central London and commutes, a post-graduate student or a creative, who likes a quiet neighbourhood with friendly and relaxed flatmates.

We have great public transport links nearby. Finchley Bus station is a five minute walk away and the Northern Line brings you to central London in 25 minutes.

Local amenities include Tesco, Sainsburys, Aldi, Boots, and Waitrose, starbucks, costa, and Puregym is within 5 mins walking distance.

The rent is £556.66+ bills (Council tax -band D Barnet, water, electricity, gas and internet - High speed Broadband).
