Looking for a new flatmate in North Finchley

Hi there I'm Luke. I'm looking for a new flatmate to live in a single room in my flat at North Finchley. Rent is as listed, but am open to negotiations! Also the council tax band of the property is D.

I currently don't have the best pictures of the property as I'm away for the holidays. By early Janurary I'll have some better angles of the different rooms in the flat.

I'm currently in my 2nd year of my Primary School Education degree at Middlesex University and it would be a huge help to have someone to split the rent with. Alongside that, I'm a pretty sociable guy, so wouldn't mind also having someone to talk to when I'm not studying :)
