Hello👋🏽 We have a lovely double room available to rent from September 1st.

There’s a lovely shared modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms (with showers), conservatory/living room and a garden!

Bills come to around £170 a month (less in the summer, more in the winter): including WiFi, electricity, council tax and water. We also have solar panels so sunny months it varies.

You will be sharing with 3 girls in their 20s. We’re all super friendly and respectful of the shared spaces.

The house is in a great location near Woodside Park Station and North Finchley Highstreet (Sainsbury’s, Aldi, PureGym etc.)
