Very Large Double Bedroom with Fitted Wardrobes

I have a cat, so cat lover essential. The room is large with own bathroom/loo next door, all on the top floor of my modern style 4 bed townhouse and I am a live in landlady. Use of kitchen and dining room, washing machine, etc.
Must be prepared to do your own housework and keep room and bathroom tidy and clean up kitchen after use. New TV will be supplied if required.
