Double Room in a Shared Flat, Woolwich

I am Lauren, a fashion/ lifestyle content creator from London. I work from home full-time unless I’m out shooting or working with clients.

I am looking for someone seeking a room from November until latest end of March 2025. As I work from home, I am seeking a flat mate that is mainly office based however I am open to wfh days for the right person.

I am very tidy and clean, so if this is not your vibe, please don’t apply!

The flat:

I have lived in this new build apartment for six years. Although the property was brand new when I moved in, it is within an Art Deco building so the proportions of the flat are amazing. There are three metre high ceilings, huge windows and an unusual indoor/ outdoor terrace which is great in the summer. The living room/ kitchen area is open plan and comes complete with everything you would need.

The room:

This large, bright and airy double bedroom comes with its own bathroom across the hallway. The room is double glazed with an outlook onto some 19th century industrial buildings, giving it a New York loft feel!

All bills are included - gas, electric, water, Sky TV, WiFi etc.

The area:

The flat is situated in central Woolwich. Majority of the road is pedestrianised and there are so many amenities within easy reach including three major supermarkets.

Woolwich Arsenal Elizabeth Line, DLR & train stations are also within a 5 minute walk with transport links direct into Canary Wharf, Liverpool Street, Tottenham Court Road, Bond Street, Paddington, London Bridge, Charing Cross, Bank, Cannon Street and Stratford.

The Thames Clipper also departs from within the Arsenal and is a great way to get to work on a sunny day! The property is within easy reach of Greenwich (O2), Blackheath and is superbly located for those working in the City.
